Very cute: Tissue Pom Poms
I bought these and another company and they were much better. The center has been very well designed to fluff up and look really good. Warning! Don't do it the day before or in the afternoon, make sure you have enough time for it. I'm a smart girl and it takes time to separate layers of fabric. They cost money and time just to make them beautiful.
