I did not open this product immediately, worked too hard when I opened it. I was very excited when I put the camera chip in the photo printer, nothing but a blue screen. I couldn't print or view my photos. My chip is compatible with YES! I have the exact model but I had it a long time ago and won't print it but it shows photos. That's why I bought this one because it's the perfect size. Yes I know the printer has been used but according to the description it has only been used a few times, like new. Well they lied. Can I get a refund for the last 30 days?
