Came without power supply which was not listed in the product description but classed as new when it wasn't. So no idea if it works. not [yet] satisfied

This printer does the job as well or better than any other printer I've tried. The printer has never given me any problems. However, the cost of ink and paper has skyrocketed in the last 6 months. The cost of a photo has increased from 25 cents to 33 cents. Unfortunately, I will use the printer less and less. It is much more profitable to do this through an online service. Shame on you HP for being so greedy.

I had this printer years ago and when my last inexpensive photo printer ran out I decided to go back to something better. Easy to use, excellent colors and clarity, great quality for the money.

The printer only prints mono; all print will be magenta, cyan, yellow, etc. Install a brand new cartridge with the same results. Seller must test printers before shipping to ensure they work as described.

We have one at my work place. It was too slow (1 minute on the photo) and we had to go faster. We've gone through 2 expensive printers and are now using this one again. Why? other printers will clog the print head if not used often. Cleaning the printhead didn't help, I had to buy new printheads. This little printer sat under my desk when it was retired for over a year. Turned it on one day when our expensive printer wasn't working and it printed beautiful pictures. I was sure it wouldn't work,

I sent it back. And here's why: The printer turned out to be the same as most HP printers, high quality and easy to set up. Not so easy, since photo paper is fed in from the back and spit out at the front. Also, things are changing at HP, and while I've never owned one of their laptops, I've remained loyal to the brand. them for their printers since the late 1980s.
