I bought this because I'm going to Mexico this fall and my toenails looked horrible from chemo - hard and brittle - have this and tea oil used which they recommend and they are really softened and the fungus looks better - feet feel and look better. I fill in water and when it's cold it takes me 15 minutes to warm up to the desired temperature. Then the videos will be turned on for about 15 minutes. Feels so good - I let it run for 30 minutes - that's enough. When I empty it I take it to my basement stairs, use a mop bucket and go down the step and all the water drains out in less than a minute - love how it heats up and you can control the temperature, and the Rollers are enough for a feel good massage - ticklish but they work great - waterfall is good - covers top and bottom of foot - no problems so far - just received in December and used about 6 times - need to use more -
