I bought this elegant pocket watch as a Christmas present. Was a great gift but the clasp/chain keeps slipping off the watch. If you want to take the watch out of your pocket to look at it, the chain often flies immediately - the clasp is defective. He fell to the ground because the clasp broke. Brand new good watch but with a broken clasp on the chain. I have written to The Irish Store and they will not replace the clasp/chain with a different one. They say it's the one that comes with the kit. So now I have to buy another chain from another jeweler. Not good customer service!
