. Clock for Christmas for my husband and he loved it! It looks very nice and

I ordered a watch for my husband for Christmas and he really liked it! It looks very nice and is the perfect size. Unfortunately it was defective and did not arrive on time. When I contacted the seller he was more than willing to help and quickly sent me a replacement which I had no problems with. Very nice and helpful and I will definitely order from them again.

Not like the photo: women

Everything was fine but not what was in the photo. My hubs were a gift for our anniversary so I kept it but was disappointed that I was promised one item and received another.

Plastic dial cover makes the watch cheaper

Nice pewter design but the plastic dial cover makes the whole watch cheaper. It also came disassembled in a box and the chain was poorly tied. A few scratches/defects on the watch.

Slow delivery, wrong type of watch, possibly good watch

The watch finally arrived on 12/17/14, long after the promised 9/12 delivery. Looks fine, but USPS marked the package as received unsealed. Parcel tracking not working. Your listing was incomplete as I was expecting a mechanical watch but it is a quartz watch. My son works in a Boeing factory that makes wings so there's a lot of aluminum dust flying around and he can't wear a watch because he needs his hands free to be safe. I wanted a mechanical watch for its working environment but I'll live…

Nice pewter design but the plastic cover of the dial reduces the cost of the watch as a whole. It also came disassembled in a box and the chain was poorly tied. A few scratches/defects on the watch.

However it was a great gift

I bought this elegant pocket watch as a Christmas present. Was a great gift but the clasp/chain keeps slipping off the watch. If you want to take the watch out of your pocket to look at it, the chain often flies immediately - the clasp is defective. He fell to the ground because the clasp broke. Brand new good watch but with a broken clasp on the chain. I have written to The Irish Store and they will not replace the clasp/chain with a different one.
