If you have arthritis.BEWARE THESE!
I bought the laces for a new pair of winter boots. Everything about them is just as I expected, EXCEPT. the quick release clasp. Oh it releases just fine. But if, like me, you have severe arthritis in your hands, especially the fingers, then tightening up and locking the laces into place is a complete BEAR!I only give 4 stars because of that & for me this issue makes only 3 stars more appropriate. Sorry. Probably have to go back to the other brand next year.easier on semi-crippled hands.
