Not officially certified. If you need a certificate detailing the calibrations for insurance or manufacturing purposes (we use gauges in ASME tests) you will need to contact Extech yourself or someone like McMaster Carr who can provide you with these certificates. Otherwise the counter was in perfect condition! Worked great, never got damaged. The box was a little wrinkled, but the goods are fine.
