It's easy to use and you can easily make changes without having to contact technical support. There are many features that I would recommend including editing photos and videos and using our text messaging feature. The app could be more user friendly. When adding new media to my screens it takes time to load sometimes. Editing media has also been more difficult than anticipated. Our client loves the ease of managing their digital signage. They have also realized great savings when replacing other products. I like that there are so many options available for my business. It makes it easy to go from idea to implementation. The software sometimes freezes or crashes which is frustrating. The customer service is not always great. Sometimes they don't respond as fast as you would like them too. I recommend this product because it is very user friendly. We have been able to implement different ideas without having to hire someone to do it for us.
