I had two microphones from this company and they both broke in about the same way and at about the same time of use. The wire wears out from cheap strain relief. My first model completely wore out. at the voltage limiter, exposing the metal wires and letting them touch, making all sorts of horrible static and popping noises until it finally stopped working completely. In this model, the rubber has not been visually damaged, but you can see the metal wires. The bottom is somehow bent or deformed. I'm pretty sure the metal wires are touching again which causes annoying loud static noises/pops and also prevents the mic from working intermittently in general. This is a grossly overpriced product as it has few or no competitors. I will not buy another product from them and do not recommend anyone to buy these mics.
