Great at first but faulty

Worked great at first, bought because of the color but quickly ran into problems. now the left earpiece completely stops working, the case only charges one and no longer fits, and the working one is in chinese with no option to switch it back to english (instructions in the manual didn't work). do not recommend personally. However, I really liked the color and the presence of the battery on the outside
