The heatsink was not new, there were scratches on the bottom corners and "46" contact marks (3-chip cooler ) present the remaining lower parts. The square (end of lateral keel) fin was bent and cracked at the base. I gave 4 stars because this radiator was used. I use it on top of the cooler (in plain sight) for a two-stage Pelter "fridge/freezer" connector. The weight of the heatsink is 17.25 ounces (8 inches long), which is 1/3 heavier than the bottom heatsink. The cooler sits on top of the cooler so the bottom is not visible and the crack is only 1/5 inch and at the back.
