CloudStorm makes billing and account management seamless

I like that they offer flexible access to all of my accounts, as well have an easy platform in which it's simple for me (as opposed client) manage their clients' subscriptions without extra help or assistance needed! They've been responsive when we requested changes during our move over process too by adding features such as auto pay options so now customers are able use us seamlessly with out having another business owner managing this additional workload!! So far no dislike but if there is one thing maybe give them space between different buttons? The reason why i think its not listed here yet was only because at first everything seemed fine then after 1 year later suddenly some issues arose where payments weren't being recognized correctly sometimes resulting into refunds/chargebacks etc., however since changing providers back again things seem better than ever even though nothing has changed within cloudstorm itself just more customer support staff hired who could assist users accordingly when those problems arise - otherwise you're stuck waiting until someone else notices before fixing anything I like that my team is freed up to be more productive with their time, as well as saving me money in terms of HR costs (employee onboarding).

It's really easy for our employees too! We have not had any issues or feedback so far but we've been using it constantly since launch day about 6 months ago now - very satisfied thus far!! The ability to use this system across multiple departments has allowed us greater efficiency within one department than ever before.

Pros
  • What we like best is that we're able to use this as an all in one business tool to communicate and keep track of everything such as sales, commissions, client/customer payments, sales staff, etc

  • Nothing we have no dislike as of yet
