Very gentle on the eyes

I use the eyelid cleanser at night. Other wipes were too hard for the eyelids. This product is very soft and works great. I just went to my eye doctor and these wipes work great! First I ordered two packs and only received one. The customer service of Dr. Fisher exceeded my expectations and shipped the missing item the next day. Thanks for the exemplary customer service.
