Review on MorePro Wireless Bluetooth Charging Headphone by Robert Lodge

Update 4: MorePro sent me a free kit for my problems. Unfortunately the touch controls work in the free set as I can toggle them on and off. THEN WHAT! They don't connect to any of my devices. They don't even appear in this list of BT devices. I filmed it and can upload it to prove it. It was all pretty uncomfortable. I appreciate MorePro wanted to fix things but this is the 6th pair not working properly. I'm sad because these should have been the perfect headphones for me. Update 3: MorePro was very kind to contact me and offer to send me one directly. I hope the Revain ones were just a bad batch. I guess we'll see - I'll definitely update the review later. As far as their customer service goes, it's great. I just hope the touch controls on the headphones work this time as Revain doesn't have another set of headphones like this one. They fit well, sound fantastic, are loud and look like much more expensive headphones. Trust me I've bought over a dozen different ones already. Your sound is my favorite. Update 2: Added video. So, we have: They sent me a defective set. They sent me an empty box and this is the second time, the third try also resulted in defective headphones. The touch controls only sometimes choose to work on their own. The right one only works 5% of the time to stop or play and you may forget to skip to next or previous track or long press to change volume. The left earbud works about 75% of the time, but first needs to be removed from the ear and held firmly in the hand. After they sent me 2 defective sets and an empty box I give up. Buyer Warning. It's like the touch doesn't work at all once it's in your ears. I guess it's poorly constructed so the heat from your ears just throws it away completely. Would not recommend buying. Again, as in the first sentence, the right earbud only accepts touch commands 5% of the time. I'm still confused about how they sent me a completely empty box on the second try. (Will update review again when another replacement arrives. More-pro was emailed this info and picture.) Update: I was sent a replacement but the box was open, damaged and empty. I don't understand how someone can miss that there is no shrink wrap and how they can miss that the box is so light. So I now had to generate another return and take 30 minutes on the phone to do this and explain what happened. I also emailed MorePro. First Review: Shame, I really wanted to love them, but the right ear cup's touch controls just don't work. I will return them and try again. If they work on a new set I will revise my review. Too bad because they sound AMAZING and fit really, really well.
