Our technician will check the problem and report the following solution.1. Please disconnect the bl touch wire connection and reconnect the wire. 2. Try tightening the screw on the BL Touch. 3. Replace with a new BL sensor pin. If the above steps don't work, please send us a video of the broken part. Please send the video to our external email. Then our engineer will give you a solution. The connection is glued (but I managed) On point 2. Really? I haven't tested this (the quality of how you tighten your build is ridiculous so you've already checked every screw during the build).
