We use Gabbie for our call center receptionists, they are very personable & can answer all of my questions about their product line! I don't have any dislikes or complaints at this time!! Just be sure to follow up with them after you hire - it's easy not too ask how things went once hired but we get so busy that sometimes forget until later :) They're worth every penny as far has customer service goes- there is nothing negative here either way. Make an appointment w/ your current agency first if possible since each offers similar benefits (call transfers etc).
