Buying an HP LaserJet 4100 printer
Our HP LaserJet 4100 printer stopped working towards the end of 2012. We have already purchased toner cartridges for the 2013 tax season, including receipt toner. Queued looking for another 4100 printer. I found and bought it through Revain.com. The printer arrived and when we started using it the corner of each sheet was curled up. After a few days it started jamming and we contacted Revain who got in touch with the printer's seller, LA TECH. They contacted us immediately and paid for the printer to be returned and sent another printer. It works very well and we will buy again through this company.
