I love these things. Relatively easy to install without tools. They made existing lightbulbs appear significantly brighter! I wanted to add more light before using these things, but now I don't need it! It's a nice, clean, modern look that makes a big take on the old 90's can lamps. A tip: if you're planning on repainting your ceilings, remove the old trim pieces, paint them, THEN add them. I had to put them on twice because as soon as I lifted them I realized how much the ceiling needed repainting so I had to take it back, paint and reinstall it.
