Terrible hardware I've bought it twice and it's failed both times in less than a year. The indicator light just went out one day, like the first iron. To make matters worse when I called Panasonic support I told them the iron was only 7 months old. After receiving all my information, the representative informed me that she was too old to get technical support. I had to remind her that you have 1 year of support and I already told her it's only 7 months etc. I explained the situation and they asked me to email them a copy of my receipt so that someone – anyone – gets in touch with me. The next day. The next day I received an email that they had received my receipt and called them. I had to call again and have the same conversation as the day before. I did so and found out they wanted me to pay the postage to box up the iron and send it to them for repair. What a rip off. DO NOT BUY THIS IRON!
