Excellent program/Excellent Customer Service!
This software has helped me streamline my workflow in the court system. It helps me work smarter and not harder. I am now able to create more than one document at a time, allowing me to focus on the task at hand instead of having to spend time searching for documents. There isn't anything I dislike about this product. The customer service is excellent; they are always willing to help with any issues you may have. I am able to track all of my activity in one place. I can also check on the progress of cases and documents from anywhere.
Pros
- Ease of UseThe ability that it gives us as attorneys so we don’t need an assistant or paralegal when creating our own pleadings/documentsI know exactly how much money each case costs without looking through several different screensThis program makes life easier! :)
Cons
- Does occasionally freeze up if there's too many files open (but usually fixes itself)
