I ordered one of these and it came with a broken area that looked like a linear crack that I couldn't fix as it was under the screen and didn't show a picture. Sent it back for a replacement. There were a few dead pixels when I replaced it. I said it wasn't that bad and I still couldn't get a replacement, so I stuck with it. Monitor basically died within 6 months; it became very white/bright regardless of the settings. Acer support said the only way to do something is to send it in, but I couldn't as I don't have a backup monitor. They turned down other services, so I say goodbye to Acer forever. They don't seem to have any quality control on their monitors. Dead or lost pixels on multiple new devices? No thank you. No refund or home repair for a product that broke within 6 months and has a 3 year warranty? No thank you.
