Review on Paperlike (2 Pieces) - Matte Screen Protector for iPad 9.7 Inch (2018) & iPad Pro 9.7 Inch: Ideal for Drawing, Writing, and Note-taking by Monica Kittling

I was very keen to try Paperlike after the hype but was disappointed. Installation was easy and bubble free, the surface was nice to write on, but the surface of the screen protector got horribly scratched/dented after only 1 day of use for notes. I tried cleaning the surface following the instructions on the Paperlike website but the scratches remained. Also, I just changed the tip of my Apple Pencil so I know it's not worn out. I won't buy this again. UPDATE: Changed from 1 star to 2 stars due to the excellent customer service provided by the Paperlike team. They processed my refund request quickly and efficiently with 100% satisfaction guarantee.
