Paperlike (2 Pieces) - Matte Screen Protector for iPad 9.7 Inch (2018) & iPad Pro 9.7 Inch: Ideal for Drawing, Writing, and Note-taking Review

The Apple Pencil sound on this screen protector is like nails on a board. It's deafening. Also, after a day's use, the protector is so scratched that everything looks like pixels, I don't see colors or lines that well when doing detail work.

I like to use this because my leads don't accidentally bounce. I had my first newspaper. I was hoping it would be much better. I find the same problem. It scratches easily. I used it for about a week. I edit photos, scale photos and write on photos with procreate. I use the original Apple Pencil. waste of money.

It's much easier to write on than a bare screen as it adds some texture but doesn't feel like paper at all. I write a lot and even after cleaning I can see marks on the tread. Also, it seems to have become less textured (i.e. smoother) over time, but that might just be me. If it's as good as it gets, give me a pen and paper every day.

I managed to put it on easily but I wish I could have access to the instructions during use, like written instructions (maybe an extra page) . It was working fine until I tried turning the page. the book that i read. The page would not turn. Sorry for the mistakes. I use Scribble. I was able to remove it without affecting the iPad.

Paperlike has made my iPad screen much better with the Apple Pencil. The application instructions are detailed and clear, I really appreciate the effort they put into making sure we get the paperlike on the screen with as little dust as possible. They even have 2 sets of most of the materials so we can try a few times. Of course, even with excellent instructions, I got half a dozen dust particles on the first try, but that's enough for now. I appreciate that I can try again later. :)

I was very keen to try Paperlike after the hype but was disappointed. Installation was easy and bubble free, the surface was nice to write on, but the surface of the screen protector got horribly scratched/dented after only 1 day of use for notes. I tried cleaning the surface following the instructions on the Paperlike website but the scratches remained. Also, I just changed the tip of my Apple Pencil so I know it's not worn out. I was excited to try this new matte screen protector with my new Apple Pencil. Unfortunately, I immediately tried to install it as described on the Paperlike website. Excellent step-by-step guide.
