Not like screen protector paper
It's much easier to write on than a bare screen as it adds some texture but doesn't feel like paper at all. I write a lot and even after cleaning I can see marks on the tread. Also, it seems to have become less textured (i.e. smoother) over time, but that might just be me. If it's as good as it gets, give me a pen and paper every day.
