My husband ordered this hat as before and it fits perfectly. It has become one of his favorite hats, which he wears almost every day. He recently ordered a second one and it didn't fit as well as the first one he ordered. He said it was a "tighter fit" and that he had to button it up with the last button to make it sit comfortably on his head. I contacted the seller and they responded almost within minutes explaining that they would send a second hat to see if another hat would fit better or they said it could be a rebrand of the hat from Carharrt. Overall I am very impressed with the customer service from this seller who helps us even though the hat doesn't fit as well as the first one he ordered.
