This ERP 1000 pump is a pretty good match for any 100GPD reverse osmosis system but can get a bit tangled if all the hoses fit between the pump and filter system. The pump instructions show a generic, slightly confusing diagram. Just be patient, find all the connection points on the filter and you'll be fine. I didn't have to use any additional hoses other than those that came with the filter kit (express water) and pump, but it was very tight - I was almost out of spare hoses, even though I cut everything to the length I wanted. Depending on how and where you install your kit, you may need additional 1/4" tubing. Color coding is not necessary if you plan your route carefully and mark the connections if necessary. Tip: Use cable labels on hoses, e.g. B. for Ethernet cable. Since I ordered and installed this pump with a filter kit, I don't have a before and after comparison. The tank fills up empty in about 35 minutes while the instructions for the filter kit say it takes about 2-3 hours. Any hint, I'm a strong believer in reducing waste (brine) from 3:1 to 1:1. I installed the pump on the floor at the back of the cabinet under the sink. Yes, I hear a click. I'm in the same room as him, but he's below my threshold. It is definitely below the volume of a normal conversation. If you have a very quiet home, this can be a bigger problem. But I have two small children and the dog makes noise during the day. And with an OVERALL fill time of 35 minutes, even if someone drinks a glass or two of water just before bed, this won't be a problem at night. If noise really bothers you, you can use rubber isolation pads. In any case, there will be some noise from this pump depending on how it works.
