The product is wonderful. So if you want to buy it I would recommend just doing it from another seller. I just bought my second one; however, when I bought my second new one. The package arrived in new condition. It was not in the original packaging and some parts were missing. Specifically the USB 3.0 cable for the hub in the monitor and the DisplayPort cable that comes with the kit. There were also scratch marks on the back of the monitor. So what I got was clearly nothing new. I know this because I've bought these new before and I know what needs to be included and what the packaging looks like.
