Ordered a portable radio after my other backup systems failed during Hurricane Florence. I'm just amazed that even though it's surrounded by flooded and isolated cities like Wilmington, North Carolina, they received it two days ahead of schedule. I will never understand how they did it! The radio itself was a pleasant surprise. I live halfway between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach and have no problem reaching stations in either. The volume is strong and the selectivity between stations is better than expected. Keep in mind that this radio costs $39. Don't expect great sound. It's good for conversation and weather updates, and good enough for music to pay dividends. Nonetheless, I recommend this product and applaud the service provided by the company that sold it to me.
