Color change without sequins
Very cute, but a few sequins are missing. The most disappointing fact is that it is only a decorative element. These are just solid sequins that do not rub, but form multi-colored whorls. The mermaid tale which I also purchased makes touches and twirls like most I've seen my grandkids do in the past.
