I can fit my old Samsung Galaxy S4 in my bag without having to remove the Otterbox Defender case first. I even left it in the holder and it still fits. This was my biggest problem as I didn't want to take my phone out of the case every time I wanted to exercise or go for a run. The holder stays on my arm while running and I don't have to fiddle with it. I can't say anything about the weather aspect of the holder yet. Good business.
