I ordered this for my nieces as a keepsake from my grandmother. Let me just say that the same tags are in the catalog I received at the funeral home. That they're cheaper wouldn't matter if the quality wasn't there, but it is. Solid for the most part, these drops come with a strong eye-catching chain (and one more!) in a beautiful presentation box. The undertaker filled them in for me (and kept the tiny funnel and needle that went with it). I also like that they are stainless steel so they don't bend or tarnish. Very, very satisfied.
