Review on Enhanced Panasonic Microcassette Recorder RN-404 VAS: Superior Voice-Activated Voice Recording by Luis Thompson

The unit works great. It is used and looks and works like new. The only thing I didn't like was the company's business practices. I was not notified and after contacting them about the late delivery and where it was I received an email saying the first registrar was not in good condition so they switched and sent another model. They did NOT quote a price but said the registrar had been emailed. I contacted them and asked for the price. It appears that the replacement was about $15 more expensive. I think there's a name for this type of business practice, I think it's called Bait and Switch. Revain should consider this unethical practice when dealing with them in the future. Carmen Hanratty
