Works on Kashmir White granite

This will seal Kashmir White Granite when nothing else will. I’ve tried a number of "good” sealants on our bathroom counters, yet the counters continued to stain with anything that wasn’t pure water hitting them. I was almost to the point of pulling the counters in favor of quartz, but searched many stone forums and read reviews here on this product. Other reviewers here proclaimed success and their pictures showed they had this particular stone too. So I decided one last try was in order.I…

Pros
  • ‎Water Resistant
Cons
  • It does not protect against all types of stains and damage

Invisible protection from Mold! Actually works!

I had to reseal my shower glass walls due to the silicone peeling up from my travertine tiling. First of all, travertine is an awful material for showers (1st time homeowner mistake). The tile we picked out was very porous and immediately became a headache and eyesore due to the mold that was growing on it. When the glass needed resealing, I picked up some of this sealer to try and stop the mold from coming back. Once the glass was removed, I used an orbital sander and sanded down all of the…

Pros
  • I love the finish! The stone it's a little darker but not shiny, exactly what I was looking for!
Cons
  • Not eco-friendly, contains chemicals harmful to the environment

Used on a thin brick backsplash.

Easy to apply with a brush and roller. Did 4 coats on 28 sq ft of backsplash. Smell wasn’t too bad. Water beads up nicely. So far so

Cons
  • Can create a film on surfaces that is difficult to remove

We have struggled to find a good sealant for the flagstone coping around our saltwater pool. Products we have tried have not been effective for very long and/or made the stone shiny and very slippery, dangerously so. The stone was chipping and flaking very badly and we were getting lots of sand in the pool. Miracle 511 Porous Plus has sealed the stone and not made it slippery, and it did not change the look of the flagstone at all. The amount of sand in our pool after a long day of kids'…

STRONGLY RECOMMEND WEARING A MASK! Water beads up perfectly!

2/2022: my shower and bathroom are still well sealed. I still haven't gotten around to the kitchen grout yet but I will definitely be using this product. The water still beads up on the bathroom grouts.2019: I bought a pint to use for my shower tile, floor in the bathroom, and my kitchen backsplash and window sills.I finally got around to the shower yesterday. I used a foam craft brush to apply to sealant. I don't recommend that form of application because it caused a lot of foaming. However…

Excellent for grout and porous stone (marble, limestone, etc)

It seals this well: It was applied on travertine by a careless person on top of a muddy footprint. I thought, well I'll just take that sealer and the muddy print off, and re-seal. Tried to get the 511 Porous Plus off with wire brush, muriatic acid, and lots of elbow grease. I gave up after 10 minutes. It's that tough. So, be sure your tile and grout are PERFECTLY CLEAN before applying the sealer. And, apply a coat BEFORE the tile is grouted: otherwise, soft tile can absorb grout and haze…

Pros

Cons
  • It can be tough to remove if applied incorrectly
