Had an oil change recently and the mechanic came out and asked me to show me something in the engine bay of my daughter's 1997 Toyota Camry. Those two intake hoses (one on each side of the mass flow sensor located on top of the engine towards the firewall) have rotted from heat and age. He recommended I order a pair and he will install them. I ordered them, they arrived quickly and I installed them with a screwdriver in about 15 minutes. Direct replacement with no problems. Significantly cheaper than the OEM alternative.
