Review on πŸ›€ Del Rossa A0125BKSXL Bathrobe by Andre Motko

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My bathrobe "Every day is Christmas ".

First I'm 6ft 5 and about 290 pounds; I'm not average. I bought a white robe with a blue and burgundy check pattern. Fabric train in the wash. When I got it, I immediately threw it in the laundry. After drying I inspected it fairly closely, no fabric pulled out. Just a softer robe. I suspect some colors of this robe might have problems pulling out, but the white/blue/burgundy model is not. As for the fit, I ordered 3x/4x. I have a 36" inseam and a 36" sleeve. The robe wraps around mine 1-1/2 times and hangs down to mid-calf (the model shows it hanging down to my ankles. Yes, that's right.) The sleeves are long enough to say that they fit (a few extra inches so rolling them up would be a bonus but everyone is trying to save fabric these days so the sleeves are shortened, most of my long sleeve shirts barely reach my wrist and have to be rolled up, weird like 100 years ago a few years ago shirtmakers always added extra fabric on cuffs Too short sleeves is not progress fashion industry.) This robe has one feature - one of the best hoods of all my stuff. In fact, it fits and stays where it's supposed to stay. The bathrobe is a bit heavy in the hand, but feels great. It is very comfortable. He also has modest ties to keep things covered when you're pulling out the Sunday paper during a storm. Overall I am very happy with this bathrobe. It replaces the old waffle knit coat and the heavy terry cloth coat. When I wear it around the house, my wife says I look like "Christmas Morning". I'm not sure what that means, but I think it's good. Highly recommended.
