The width and height dimensions seemed quite large to me. However, since it lacks depth, it doesn't have much volume. It fits comfortably in my wallet, phone, and keys, but once I started adding other small things (a tube of lip balm, a packet of tissues, a pair of sunglasses (not big, bulky)) it started to bulge weirdly and it becomes difficult to close the zipper. I also tried several strap lengths but couldn't let it hang without cutting my neck. The fabric looks good and feels durable. Generally well done. But I'm really not sure when I'll use it given the problems. I switched to another bag that is the same width and height but is about 1.5 inches deep and it easily fits whatever I want.
