Holds a lot, but not the most durable

Updated: the seller contacted me and is replacing the item. Excellent customer service!We purchased this to hold bottles, etc. to air dry after washing. It holds a lot and I like that the "stem" pieces are at various heights and can be configured as needed. HOWEVER - after only a few months of use, the plastic base that holds the stems is cracking and many of the support tubes that hold the bases of the stems have broken off.
