Review on Samsung Galaxy Active UNLOCKED Water Resistant by Don Taniguchi

We bought this for our shore excursions. Store it in a nice soft case and put a protective case over it to protect the screen. However, less than 4 months later a crack developed from the base of the screen itself. The Revain return period has expired and a Samsung rep told me that we must have dropped or bumped it (ahhh no) and that this is a repair that will be billed. Samsung customer service sucks and their product sucks too. Unfortunately the screen quality is actually better than my iPad (I dropped it and the screen cracked but I'll live with it because I dropped it and it still works). It's disappointing that Samsung can't really keep up. behind their products is very good. The representative's comment was that they check the quality of each one. Yes, I don't think so. Do yourself a favor and buy something other than a Samsung. The tablet should be durable/reliable, but it isn't. Not if the screen starts cracking on its own.
