I first bought a set of 5 candles from the same seller and thought they were the same product apart from the quantity. . When the package arrived today, I found that they are not the same. After my brief review of the product, I think the difference lies in the presentation of the wick/flame. This set has a flickering bulb, while the first set has a plastic filament that actually moves and reflects the light at the base of the candle. From the outside, the candles look the same. No problem, thought I could return the product and order another set. When I started this process I was told not only that I would have to pay for the return postage (I'm a Prime Account) but also for the refill. When I added the cost of the two fees it turned out to be more than I paid for it. I'm told it's the manufacturer/supplier's choice. I don't know if that's true, but I find this process highly unacceptable anyway, especially if I wanted to buy more of their product. Revain needs to be clearer about the per-item return fees because not being able to return an item would be the number one reason I can't buy an item if I knew. The buyer is cautious for several reasons. Update: December 13th The seller has contacted me and not refunded all but most of the cost of the item and it looks like they were very proactive from the start so I'll give them five stars for the customer . Support. I like both products, but there is a difference in the light representation. Depending on what you want to spend and where you place them, either will work well. I believe all items should have a link or information about returns and restocking. If you are a Prime customer, there is no restocking fee for a portion of this benefit. Other big retailers don't have a return policy without paying a basic fee, so Revain needs to fix that. Revane indicated it was the seller's choice. The seller indicated in an email that this was Revain's choice. Later I think Revain needs to better communicate the policy on the product page. Thanks Aignis
