Review on πŸŽ’ Osprey Packs Atmos Backpack Abyss: Unleash Your Adventures with Unparalleled Comfort and Durability! by Daniel Ton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best backpack ever!

I'm 63 years old, love the outdoors and want the best, highly functional and durable multi-day/weekend backpack at a reasonable price. I don't hike so my goal was a heavier but more durable backpack. 2021 brought the new Aether 65 against the older Atmos 65, both of which were my top contenders. I chose the older Atmos 65 based on the very positive reviews on YouTube and the fantastic price recently posted on Revain in February 2021. $239.00 brand new! My Atmos arrived today and to my surprise it came with a rain cover! Notice that raincoats don't usually come with Atmoses? Medium is a 65 liter backpack at 4.56 pounds, so not ultra light. But that's why I chose Atmos 65:1. Anti-Gravity Suspension/Harness System - Makes you feel like you're carrying less weight than you actually have.2. Sturdy and flawless construction - strong quality zips, durable shell and overall construction (just like a tank!) 3. Great pockets and plenty of storage - 2 external pockets on the front of the backpack are a plus! Also trekking poles and double ice ax holders.4. The two side pockets are large/deep enough to hold a full size Grayl.5 water filter bottle. Removable brain and built-in weather protection.6. Comes with a rain cover and a special pocket for a rain cover. - You can also use this bag to store other items while hiding your rain fly elsewhere if you like. 7. Bright neon green interior provides excellent contrast when searching for items in low light conditions.8. The almighty Osprey guarantee, lifetime guarantee - unbeatable! Verdict: Despite the older design, this is a tried and tested package with hundreds of happy users. This is very durable packaging that will no doubt stand the test of time. In my opinion, this is the best multi-day backpack!
