i have been using bosch products for many years and have never had a problem. A few weeks ago, instead of choosing a brand I knew and trusted, I chose another unnamed brand to save a few bucks. I learned my lesson as these were the absolute worst wipers I have ever used on a vehicle. So they immediately picked up the car and I ordered them. The wipers are of high quality, the frame is made of metal, not plastic. The windscreen wipers clean the entire windscreen without streaks or noise. Exactly what I expected from Bosch. I would highly recommend these wipers to anyone. Tip: If you have trouble attaching the wiper during installation, simply pull down on the blade portion with one hand to gain some clearance. Then it slides easily. This has happened to me from time to time and it's because they used metal instead of plastic which flexes less.
