My friend had one and I knew I wanted one for my husband and I. It's small but very efficient and convenient. I keep it handy in my car and my husband has it in his truck. The Swiss Tech had a fairly loud alarm, the ability to shatter glass (I practiced on a magazine and it worked), the ability to cut the seat belt if needed, and a bright light/turn signal. A great item to feel safer in case of an accident.
