Some pros: Excellent screen 400 nits (although I had to turn off adaptive brightness, otherwise it was not clear how it shone). Comfortable keyboard and touchpad with physical buttons. USB-C charging. Finally got a decent fingerprint sensor. a couple of generations ago was terrible. Different cons: Availability issues. I waited two months until I could go and buy with Ryzen 7, a bright screen and 16/512. The case is more flimsy than previous generations. The plastic type is matte and more delicate to the touch, has already put a strong scratch on the lid, although I don’t wear it back and forth every day due to the pandemic. The fan clicks intermittently. It doesn’t cling, but sometimes it clicks like it’s an old HDD. I don’t know what it is, whether it’s a malfunction or some kind of smart dust-shaking system. As far as reliability, I don't know. After 5 months, suddenly the display stopped showing anything and began to flash in different colors. But quickly and without any questions, they repaired it under warranty, replacing the motherboard.
