Review on APDTY 141947 Transmission Cable Repair by Robert Weeks

This item has saved me hundreds of dollars. Used it on a Chevrolet. I'm going to give a backstory because you won't find many videos on this simple problem that you can solve by yourself. My car got stuck in park (this hasn't happened before), it started and shifted into any gear but didn't move. (Which is a good sign you don't have to replace the entire shifter cable (cost $400/$500), it just means the plastic bushing is cracked and needs to be replaced. Never replaced one before and had a hard time repairing it bypass to replace (make sure your car is in park position when changing.) We took the tire off, stopped and replaced it. So far so good. It might be a good idea to have a spare. I like that does not come without instructions or videos on how to put it on.
