For the most part I really like this product. It has definitely helped my posture and helps my back not hurt as much. I have degenerative arthritis in my spine, so anything that helps me sit in front of a computer 9-11 hours a day is a winner in my book. My only complaint is that the thin metal bars in the shoulder straps are constantly trying to get out. I guess they're there to keep the straps from bunching in the front armpit, but they don't do that well. This item folds under the armpits and may chafe if the sleeves are not long enough. I believe if the metal rods were better anchored in the product this might not be an issue. The product works as it should, but having to constantly insert small metal rods back into the fabric is a bit of a nuisance, I should mention that.
