Review on Herschel Thompson Backpack Faded Indigo by Jessica Frederick

I bought this backpack thinking it would be a small comfy backpack. I'm not sure what everyone else is putting in their bag, but this thing was huge. The brand's official website says 17 liters, but it looks more like 25-30 liters. Its size is the same as my right Jansport backpack, which holds 30 liters. It's not a wide bag, which is probably why people have trouble fitting multiple books in it. Also, the shoulder straps are too thick and chafe to carry. I wanted to love this pack but I don't recommend it. If you are looking for a top loader, take a look at fjällräven greenland. Very similar, different sizes, better straps.
