Review on Aluminum 🎮 PlayStation WEme Extension Extender by Douglas Jakab

I found this WEme USB 3.0 Active Extension to be a bit pricey, but it had the best reviews of the products I tested. After a month of use I understand why it has such good reviews and feel it is really worth the asking price. I received the 25ft version which comes with the required power adapter. I ran this cable along with a 25ft HDMI cable behind the sofa the full length of my small living room. We recommended using the included power supply for expansion, although I connect the hub with its own power supply. I set it up according to the instructions and there were no problems with it. I get full USB 3.0 speeds for both flash drives and external hard drives. In addition to typical peripherals, I've imaged or cloned multiple flash drives and external hard drives with no issues. I have used EaseUS programs to backup, restore, clone and resize/move partitions on 1TB and 2TB SSDs connected via USB adapter with no problems. I would not recommend using this without the included power adapter. For more than one keyboard and mouse, I wouldn't recommend using a USB hub on the far end that doesn't have its own power supply. Although not explicitly stated by the manufacturer, I have the impression that the included power supply is only intended to power the built-in signal amplifier, and that there is enough left over for the keyboard/mouse.
