I've been waiting to write this review in hopes it wouldn't be the way I was supposed to write it. I was excited to order this product. I've worked with various essential oils and natural ingredients over the years and someone I've read about this product was very impressed. When I received it, I tried it right away. When I received it, I tried it right away. I cleaned my skin with warm Luke water and applied the product as directed. I felt a slight tingling, maybe almost a slight burn. I've read that people felt something similar, so I didn't panic. After removing the product, it is possible that my face will be itchy in various places. After removing the product, my face may have been itchy in various places. I rinsed again with cold water and it basically stopped. A few days later I tried the product again. Results this time when I was about to tear my skin due to severe itching. I have read all the ingredients listed and I am not allergic to any of them. I contacted the company because before shipping I received an email that they would contact me to see if I liked the product and if I had any questions. A few days later, they emailed me asking if I was allergic to any of the ingredients, to which I immediately replied no. It took them a few days to contact me again and they asked if I use hot water? I was indirectly told no, I've used Luc from warm to cold water. That was a few days ago and I haven't heard from them again. I'm very frustrated that I wanted to send emails with just one sentence at a time and then nothing. This company claims to have good customer service and make sure they are close to their customers. I found that this is absolutely not the case. So buyers beware, you are on your own
