NOT AT ALL SURE: forms, records and handling money

I had this box for about a month and a half. Everything seems fine, but then the keys got stuck in the safe despite entering the correct code. Using just a household hammer and a flathead screwdriver, I was able to open it in less than 15 minutes. This box is junk
